马建峰,男,河南开封人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。研究领域为消费者行为学、组织行为学与酒店人力资源管理等。

近些年研究成果相继发表在《Tourism Management》、《International Journal of Hospitality Management》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Journal of Travel Research》、《Current Issues in Tourism》、《International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management》、《The Service Industries Journal》、《Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Journal of Managerial Psychology》、《旅游学刊》、《当代财经》及《外国经济与管理》等国内外重要学术刊物上。目前担任《Tourism Management》、《International Journal of Hospitality Management》及《The Service Industries Journal》等期刊匿名审稿人。

主持教育部人文社会科学青年基金项目1项,中央高校基本科研业务项目2项。

发表在期刊《Tourism Management》题目为《Empowering Supervision and Service Sabotage: A Moderated Mediation Model Based on Conservation of Resources Theory》的论文获2019年文化和旅游优秀研究成果奖一等奖。
