讲座简介：

The optimal distinctiveness (OD) perspective explains how firm distinctiveness contributes to firm performance by managing the tension between conformity and differentiation. In this study, we suggest that different types of firm distinctiveness (i.e. verbal distinctiveness and behavioral distinctiveness) will impact firm performance in different ways. The findings inject fresh insights into the orchestration view of optimal distinctiveness.

主讲人简介：

郭海，长期从事创业与创新管理方面的研究、教学、咨询与培训工作。研究领域为悖论视角下的创业成长理论，数字经济背景下的企业创业、创新与战略管理。美国管理学学会（AOM）、美国战略管理协会（SMA）、美国小企业与创业协会（USASBE）、中国管理研究国际学会（IACMR）会员。主持5项国家自然科学基金项目，在国内外权威期刊上发表论文50余篇。论文发表在Journal of Product Innovation Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, R&D Management, British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Management and Organization Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, 以及管理世界、南开管理评论等中英文期刊上。
