本研究探讨了显性知识和隐性知识隐藏对公司创新质量的独特影响，强调了内部知识流动的调节作用。它涉及对中国各行业791名员工的调查，探讨了保留显性或隐性知识如何影响公司的创新产出。研究结果显示，两种类型的知识隐藏与创新质量均呈倒U型关系。这表明，虽然适度的知识隐藏可能最初看似有益或无害，但过度的隐藏会对创新产生不利影响。重要的是，该研究强调，强大的内部知识流动可以显著缓解这些负面结果。培养一个自由共享知识的环境可以减轻知识隐藏的负面影响，从而增强公司的创新能力。这些见解对于旨在有效利用内部知识来推动创新的公司至关重要。本文提倡对知识共享过程进行管理，以遏制知识隐藏可能产生的抑制创新的效果。

This study explores the distinct effects of explicit and tacit knowledge hiding on innovation quality within companies, emphasizing the moderating role of internal knowledge flow. It involves a survey of 791 employees across various sectors in China, examining how withholding explicit or tacit knowledge impacts the firm's innovative output. The findings reveal that both types of knowledge hiding exhibit an inverted U-shaped relationship with innovation quality. This suggests that while a moderate level of knowledge hiding might initially seem beneficial or innocuous, excessive concealment leads to detrimental effects on innovation. Importantly, the study highlights that a robust internal knowledge flow can significantly temper these negative outcomes. Fostering a freely shared knowledge environment can mitigate the adverse impacts of knowledge hiding, thus enhancing a firm's capacity for innovation. These insights are crucial for firms aiming to effectively harness their internal knowledge to bolster innovation. The paper advocates for strategic management of knowledge sharing processes to curb the potential innovation-stifling effects of knowledge hiding.

主讲人简介：

段云龙，民进云南省委会经济委员会主任、云南省政协民族和宗教委员会副主任、云南财经大学科学技术处处长、云南省经济社会大数据研究院院长、教授、博士生导师、Journal of Knowledge Management亚洲区域编辑。研究领域：知识管理、创新管理。段教授以第一或通讯作者在International Journal of Production Economics、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、Journal of Business Research、Asia Pacific Journal of Management、《管理世界》《管理评论》等SCI、SSCI、CSSCI发表论文60余篇；主持国家自然科学基金3项、教育部人文社会科学基金1项、云南省应用基础研究重点项目2项，其他省部级以上课题10余项。
