陆文珠,华南理工大学博士,兰州大学管理学院青年研究员。主要研究方向为多团队成员身份,多元雇佣及服务管理。研究成果主要发表在Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Reserach,Journal of Business and Psychology, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Career Development International, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management,科研管理,心理科学进展及中国人力资源开发等期刊。
