　　Professor, Human Resource Development, the University of Texas at Tyler, 2009—present.

　　The full-time assignment includes full graduate faculty engagement, including graduate level teaching and advising doctoral students, and carrying out a research program on HRD theory development, human resource management and development in Chinese organizations, and international HRD.
