主讲人简介：Scott Young， 美国西华盛顿大学商业与经济学院院长，乔治亚州立大学博士。曾任德保罗大学管理学系主任、犹他大学学术项目副院长。主要研究方向为运营管理，已在Production and Operations Management、International Journal of Production Research等期刊发表多篇文章，出版著作Sustainability for Business（合著），Essential for Operations Management, Managing Global Operation（合著）。
