讲座简介

This paper conducts a meta-analysis review to systematically examine the impact of internationalization on innovation. Particularly, we focus on the role of research design factors in disentangling results. Though the effects of internationalization on innovation are diverse in existing findings, they are fairly systematic and positive, albeit the effect sizes are small to moderate. By considering research design factors, we find that country-context matters. Furthermore, meta-regression results suggest that innovation measurements, data characteristics and statistical artifacts determine the variations in effect sizes.

魏颖琦（Annie Wei），博士，教授，英国利兹大学国际商务系系主任。主要研究方向为：外国直接投资、国际贸易和经济发展、中国企业国际化等。论文发表在Journal of International Business Studies（UTD 24期刊）、Journal of Business Research、Management International Review、Regional Studies、Cambridge Journal of Economics等期刊上。主要讲授课程为：国际商务、外国直接投资、新兴市场经济学、计量经济学、数理经济学、统计学等。
