东北大学-澳大利亚墨尔本大学联合培养博士，硕士生导师。主要从事运营管理课程教学，开展智能物流系统优化、数智化背景下的供应链管理等研究。在国际权威期刊 International Journal of Production Economics、International Journal of Production Research、Annals of Operations Research、Computers & Industrial Engineering 等发表SCI学术论文多篇。
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，甘肃省软科学项目1项，参与2项国家自然科学基金面上项目、多项辽宁省省级项目及其他纵向和企业委托项目。教学获兰州大学教学成果一等奖，获批省级和校级一流本科课程等。担任 IJPR、CAIE、TRE等多个国际知名期刊审稿人，担任《工业工程》青年编委。
